What we collect. When you fill in a form or call (678) 555-0193, we receive what you choose to give us: usually your name, phone number, email, street address or ZIP code and a description of your roof. Like most websites, the site may also record basic technical data, such as pages viewed, browser type and the page that sent you here.

How we use it. Your details go to one independent local roofer so that roofer can contact you about the inspection and estimate you asked for. Roofers pay us for these referrals. We also use the information to keep a record of requests, answer your questions and improve the site.

Who else sees it. Apart from the roofer you're matched with, we share details only with service providers who help run the site or route calls, or when the law requires it. We don't pass your details to public adjusters, and we don't sell them to marketing lists.

Calls and cookies. Calls to our number may be forwarded to the roofer handling your area. The site may use cookies or simple analytics to count visits; you can block cookies in your browser settings, and the forms still work.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete what you've sent by calling (678) 555-0193 or using the contact page. Once a roofer has your details, that roofer's own privacy practices also apply, so ask them directly too.

Children. The site is meant for adult homeowners and doesn't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a fresh date.
